The position has the following responsibilities

  • Effectively set up new projects within our proprietary project management system and ensure that client requirements are being met
  • Communicate with clients, the project team and interdisciplinary teams within the company as needed to ensure efficient and timely delivery of the projects
  • Ability to identify problems with the project during field time and timely reach out to the client to make adjustments
  • Perform post-project analyses and provide survey feedback to client accordingly
  • Communicate with client to reconcile final completes and prepare for invoicing
  • Track projects in an organized fashion.Demonstrable track record that evidences
    • Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts simultaneously
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the market research sample business is a must
    • Have a deep knowledge of online research and fieldwork techniques in the U.S. and international markets
    • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated with effective time management
    • Highest level of quality/ability in written, oral and electronic communications in English
    • Aptitude for listening and problem-solving, analyzing needs and determining solutions for partner needs
    • Expert efficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Internet connection to be able to communicate and conduct business worldwide
    • Ability to be flexible in an industry where the only constant is change
    • Bachelor degree – or equivalent through experience

Job Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Support Account Directors in sales and marketing
  • Manage small client projects
  • Identify and implement new or improved internal procedures and processes
  • Undertake administrative tasks
  • Ensure sales & financial reporting and analysis are both accurate and up-to-date
  • Database management via the CRM system
  • Provide assistance to interstate sales teams on an ad-hoc basis

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in Market Research/Pre-Sales/Business Development
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exposure to Database management via CRM system is preferable.
  • Strong numeric ability
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your time effectively
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholder
  • Shift Timings – 8pm – 5am.
